Terms of Use & Service Agreement

Please read our operating terms, installation warranties, dynamic load management parameters, and customer service commitments carefully before booking our electrical installation services.

Effective Date: September 21, 2026 Version 3.2 Applicable Jurisdiction: US
01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting an engineering site assessment, purchasing home EV charging hardware, or authorizing electrical installation work with Wavelengthoxti, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from ordering equipment, booking site visits, or contracting installation services.

These terms govern all commercial relations, digital orders, diagnostic assessments, dedicated cable routing, load balancing device setup, municipal permitting handoffs, and customer service provided by Wavelengthoxti across residential and multi-family properties.

02

Turnkey Installation Scope

Wavelengthoxti delivers end-to-end residential charging station solutions. Our verified scope of supply and service incorporates:

  • Comprehensive preliminary electrical capacity check and load calculation.
  • Delivery of certified Level 2 (240V / 32A–80A) wallbox chargers or fast home charging units.
  • Installation of dedicated breaker circuits, high-grade armored conduits, and heavy-duty copper cables.
  • Configuration of smart dynamic load balancing modules to avoid main panel overload.
  • Commissioning, voltage verification, app pairing, and end-user safety instruction.

Any non-standard structural modifications, trenching exceeding initial survey quotes, or utility service transformer upgrades required by local grid providers will be priced transparently in an agreed supplementary work order prior to execution.

03

Permits & Grid Approvals

When contracted for turnkey installation, Wavelengthoxti acts on your behalf as the authorized licensed electrical contractor to draft single-line wiring diagrams, apply for local municipal building permits, and schedule final electrical inspections according to national and municipal safety codes (NEC / NFPA 70).

HOA & Property Owner Approvals

Clients residing in managed communities, condominium associations (HOAs), or leased residences must obtain written permission from property managers before on-site installation begins. Wavelengthoxti provides technical documentation to assist with HOA approvals upon request.

Wavelengthoxti is not liable for project timeline delays caused solely by municipal backlog, utility company grid connection queues, or HOA board review intervals beyond our reasonable control.

04

Equipment, Smart Features & Warranties

All EV chargers and dynamic load managers supplied by Wavelengthoxti are UL/ETL certified, NEMA/IP rated for all-weather outdoor or indoor operation, and accompanied by manufacturer warranty protections ranging from 24 to 36 months.

Our Workmanship Guarantee

We back our physical wiring, conduit runs, breaker installations, and grounding systems with a comprehensive 24-month craftsmanship warranty. In the event of connection anomalies or breaker trips attributable to installation error, Wavelengthoxti will deploy a master technician to rectify the condition at zero cost.

The warranty excludes damage caused by severe lightning surges exceeding installed surge protection, physical vehicle impacts, unapproved third-party tampering, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

05

Client Site Readiness & Access

To enable safe and timely execution of electrical works, the client agrees to:

  • Provide unobstructed physical access to the main service panel, sub-panels, garage, and designated parking stall during scheduled service hours.
  • Ensure electrical power can be safely isolated for temporary periods required during panel interconnects.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property ownership status and existing heavy electrical loads (e.g., heat pumps, hot tubs, solar inverters).
06

Payments, Cancellations & Billing

All service quotations are detailed and upfront, with no hidden fees. Payment schedules for turnkey residential projects follow standardized milestones:

Initial Deposit

Covers engineering calculations, permit filing preparation, and equipment allocation from our warehouse.

Final Balance

Payable upon completion of hardware mounting, wiring tests, successful vehicle charging session, and inspection handover.

Cancellations made after permit submission will be refunded minus municipal filing charges and restocking fees for custom-ordered hardware.

07

Limitation of Liability

Wavelengthoxti maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services or website use shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific installation contract under dispute.

In no event shall Wavelengthoxti be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including EV battery depletion, loss of vehicle usage, or utility rate changes enacted by regional electricity providers.

08

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you engineering or installation services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws where the installation is physically completed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Both parties agree to first seek amicable settlement through informal technical mediation before initiating formal arbitration proceedings.
